the idea

We want to create a funky community garden sound experiment, in the form of a mixtape! This is meant to be a fun and silly project to bring together different members of our community in creating something to share.
We're thinking we'll make about 25 CDs (depending on number of submissions), and have the mixtape available to access online (open to suggestions for platforms!). I'll be putting it into some sort of order based on what we get, so there will (hopefully) be an experience in terms of the listening part:) This is really just a project to encourage folks to take a fun little break from exams and holiday stress - it's not meant to be serious! The goal is to make something weird!! |

how to participate
Really, just think up an idea and record it! We're looking to keep each piece to about 3-minutes or less.
We would love to have some original music and some poetry (anything you've been working on that you want to share - maybe something silly, or garden-related, or anything at all!) but also any strange or random sounds to break up the rest!
