The Campus Community Garden employs 4-5 staff during the winter season and 5-6 during the busy summer season, plus work study students.

Garden Coordinator

When she isn't in the garden, Lyndsay enjoys baking, beading, and getting together for games with friends. If you see her in the garden, say hi!

Juls (she/him)

Assistant Coordinator

Juls is a writing major and loves birds, bullet journaling, and oxford commas. You can find Juls in the office during open office hours, or in the garden getting his hands dirty in the summer!

Site Officer

Kate can be found in the garden prepping food bank harvests, wrangling hoses, and losing track of their hori hori - all in a day's work! They're psyched to be working with the CCG since last summer.

Jack is a Social Work major who  loves cooking, travelling, and annoying his roommates by playing music with his band! You can find him growing microgreens in the office or slinging compost in the garden.

Jessi moved to Victoria in September to start at UVic, and being involved with the CCG has been one of her favourite parts of life here! She's excited to be a part of the team, and looking forward to experiencing all the seasons of the garden. :)

My love of being in the garden started when I was little, gardening alongside my Nana, who had a literal food forest just outside her back door, which only now I fully appreciate. For me, nothing beats walking around the garden barefoot, enjoying an endless variety of delicious snacks within arms reach!
